There's been so much going on Inleo and the whole Leo ecosystem lately that I don't even know where to begin! One thing is for certain: if you are not looking in that direction, you are missing out big time.
Long story short: The $LEO token has been pumping like crazy. The initial sale offer of $LSTR was sold out quickly, and just the other day, they introduced $SURGE, which is a way to take profits while still holding onto the possible upside.
In this article, I'm going to share some of my thoughts and strategies with these three Leo ecosystem assets.
LEO
Since Leo 2.0, the new tokenomics of LEO, the upside movement of the token has been phenomenal, as you can see in the chart below.
Pretty often, I come across posts on Inleo, where people are asking what's driving the LEO surge?
It's not easy to give a simple, short answer as these things are often a combination of many factors, but if I were forced to reply something, I'd say the change in tokenomics and LeoDex. The latter is creating revenue from the fees, which is then used to buy back LEO off the market, and since LEO has now become deflationary, and because of the token burns, it's becoming more and more scarce. Also, just yesterday I remember reading that the market cap of LEO is just $6.6M which, if you are a semi-degen like me, you know is crazy low and a great opportunity. Even $100M MC would still be low, so you do the math and make the decision about the upside potential.
But that's not all, there's much more.
LSTR
LeoStrategy is another financial layer, or a vehicle, that keeps on buying LEO, staking, and never selling. It aims to generate a LEO Yield of 10-20% annually to create accretive value for LSTR holders.
Since the initial amount was sold out, LSTR has then entered the price discovery zone and hasn't looked back.
Another cool feature available for LSTR holders is the @lstr.voter. With a minimum of 10 LSTR, you get a daily vote for one of your own Inleo threads and get to vote for one other thread. The vote weight depends on your LSTR holding size.
SURGE
$SURGE is a brand new product by LeoStrategy. It's a stable solution with downside protection and is now on sale (for a limited time) with a 10% discount. Here's a very comprehensive article explaining $SURGE in detail.
My Thoughts And Strategies
As I already mentioned, I still consider LEO a bargain with such a low market cap and can see a huge upside potential for it. Even $1 LEO would still be cheap, and I'm taking a long-term approach and setting my goal at $3 before starting to take profit.
The same goes for $LSTR as well, although with a supply of 100.000, it's even more scarce and could have a crazy upside potential as long as there's demand.
SURGE is very tempting, but right now, I'm more focused on LEO and LSTR because there's clearly momentum and demand there. 16.67% yield is great, but it is no match for the moves I believe LEO and LSTR could make.
When we are getting closer and closer to my LEO & LSTR goals, $SURGE becomes very relevant since we can take profit without hurting the Leo economy too much by moving some of our LEO or LSTR into SURGE. For me, that day just isn't today.
Conclusion
I'm very bullish on all three of these assets and believe these are true hidden gems. Hive could be a blind spot for those outside our bubble, and when the word finally spreads around, it might be too late to get it cheaply.
Still, I recommend that you do your own research; there are plenty of great articles explaining the tokenomics and ideas behind these assets. That being said, I still think we're very early with this and highly recommend checking LEO, LSTR and SURGE out if you're looking for the next big crypto gems.
