Staying in your comfort zone keeps you comfortable but also the same level, whereas discomfort makes you stronger. T Just like the way we condition our mind, we can also condition our body. Repeatedly challenges gives you what is called a calluses mind. When ever you encounter a discomfort, face it ,and refuse to quit, another layer of resilience is added to your nature. For every challenge that you face, it prepares you for the next one, you grow in confidence, this because you know that you can endure more than you think you can. You can start small by making very small choices that go against your comfort. Wake up earlier than you have been doing, that task that you usually postpone, finish it, or maybe when ever you feel like stopping on a particular task , you can push for one more round. Mental toughness is built by each act, this will come to a point where discomfort no longer feels like something you fear but a step towards strength.
