Fear is something every human being knows well.
Fear is not a new concept i believe, almost every human being knows that very well,be it fear of failing, fear of being rejected,fear of speaking up, or of trying something new, it can actually come in different forms.
Sometimes, it even come in a way that we don't even expect it, maybe a silent and quiet voice in our mind, holding us back without us realizing it.
Well, it is obvious that fear is a natural feeling, we should not allow it to be in charge of our life. if we can develop the right mindset, and a little courage , we can conquer and move past it .

understanding fear for what it really is usually the first step. It could seem very big in our mind , but Most of the time, what we’re afraid of is niot as big as our mind makes it seem. In a way that i don't usually understand , our mind has this habit of magnifying problems, turning them into monsters that don’t truly exist. When you pause and look closely, you often realize that fear is just a thought,not reality.

Then comes action.When we try to avoid fear , it tends to grow bigger and get stronger, but if we face it head on step by step and gradually, it shrinks. If you are someone who is afraid of public speaking, you can start small by sharing your ideas with your friends , then improve by engaging with a group of friends and then eventually a very big crowd. As you take each little step , you confidence is being built and shaped, the slowly , fear is broken.
It also helps to challenge the voice of fear in your head
Voice of fear can also be present in your head, this also helps to challenge that voice. “You can’t,” or “You’ll fail.” Don't believe those words, rather remind yourself of times you encountered success or overcome challenges before.
Then ensure you replace these challenging voice with empowering ones.
Fear is not something that you fight alone. Your friends, mentors, or family are some of the people you can reach out to, they can lighten the load. Sometimes, just hearing someone say, “You’ve got this,” is enough to push through.
As we draw to conclusion,let us bring our attention to the present day. Many fears come from worrying about what might happen in the future.
When you focus on what you can do now , you stay in charge, in control , and grounded.
The truth is, fear will always exist in some form. Even the most confident people feel it. The difference is, they move forward anyway.
For every time that you face fear, you don't just become stronger , you become braver, and freer
Overcoming fear doesn’t mean never feeling afraid. It means refusing to let fear write the story of your life.
