Looking at the whole mountain can seem big, but taking it one step at a time makes the climbing to be atleast manageable. With each small wins that you achieve ,you build momentum , this also shows that you are making progress. Surrounding yourself with positivity is another key. The people who encourage you is the ones you should spend some time with, listen to music that uplifts and motivates you.Negativity only drags you down, while positive energy keeps your spirit alive. Taking c care of yourself is something that you should noy neglect. In some cases , lack of motivation might be a direct result of pure exhaustion, not weakness. So when you rest well, eat well, and giving yourself short breaks can make a huge difference. No matter how small your progress is , celebrate them. For every step forward you take, it is a proof that you are moving forward and not stuck. Recognizing these things builds trust, confidence and keeps you pushing harder. Then lastly, you have to constantly remind yourself that tough times are not there to last forever. Struggles pass, and they often leave you stronger than before. If you keep moving, even slowly, brighter days will meet you on the other side. ​ ​​​​
