The Importance of Gratitude

A lot of us spend so much time thinking about what we don’t have that we forget to enjoy what’s right in front of us, this is actually the very big issue with most of us. Think about it. How often do we take for granted something as basic as waking up healthy, having food on the table, or being able to laugh with a friend?Although these little moment might appear small to you , but when you start paying or giving it a very close attention, then you will understand that they are some of the things that actually give life its meaning. As has been confirmed through research , the majority of People who practice it regularly often feel lighter and less anxious. Why? Because the mind learns to lean toward the positive instead of constantly replaying worries. No matter how tough the day was , there is really something to be thankful for, it could be a kind word, or maybe the little breeze.Those little sparks of appreciation can carry you through tough times. Relationship can also be deepened by gratitude, when you say something as simple as "thank You" , this can actually make someone feel valued and seen. Be it your friend , member of your family , loved one, bonds are being strengthened and this also created trust too. This has a way of making people see that what they do is been valued and that it also matters. gratitude doesn’t require anything grand, that's the best part for me. If we can learn to practice this, the we will discover more joy and contentment. ​ ​
