So many of us lose today because we’re too busy living in tomorrow. Thoughts like “What if I fail?” or “What if something goes wrong?” circle in the mind, making us restless. Planning ahead is wise, but worrying ahead only drains us.
Think about someone waiting for medical test results. Their mind runs through every possible outcome, usually the worst. They can’t sleep, they skip meals, and yet nothing has changed the results aren’t even out. The worry doesn’t help, it just steals the peace they could have had in the meantime.

Or picture a small business owner who spends more time stressing about whether customers will show up next month than caring for the ones they already have. That anxious energy blocks creativity and makes it harder to do their best work.
The truth is, the future only lives in our thoughts. It hasn’t happened yet, and most of the things we fear never will. When we return to the present, we find strength to deal with what’s in front of us. And when tomorrow does come, we’ll be able to handle it better because we’re not already exhausted by useless worry.

If anytime your mind jumps into the future or ahead, if the thought crepts in , sit back and ask your self ,weather if it is actually happening at the moment , if the answer is NO ,then bring yourself to the present and then focus more on what you already have, what you already enjoy and the things you are grateful for.
It could your family , your kids , your work , your skill , anything at all that makes living in the present worth it. This will go a long way in making you feel more lighter and focused.
