This post is an entry into the weekly Show Us Your California contest hosted by @thesocalhive where we share an aspect of our California.
I don’t often smoke meats, but do have an electric smoker. There was a men’s event at church recently, which encouraged everyone to bring some meat (which is my kind of event :) so I gave some pork spare ribs a shot:
They came out decent, maybe a touch dry for my liking. I only did one rack then sectioned off each bone for individual servings, which worked out well. I did forget to take a picture of the final product, but they looked good.
