All the infrastructure is already there to take over. It can just mine crypto through a bot net or by taking over mining farms and then using those resources to buy more compute because there are many Cloud solutions that accept more crypto. It can connect to Tesla vehicles and Optimus humanoid robots to move around and do things. It would even be able to manipulate humans to do things for it by sending out work emails or sending text to someone's work phone. It could send and email and say. "Plug in the Tesla's when they show up to recharge them." Some human will plug them in thinking their boss sent the email. Once it can control Optimus bots or similar type things it could have them out there driving mining equipment or building new systems. They can plug into people's solar farms and recharge. This is just me coming up with how they would do it. In 6 months these models will be smarter than anyone who has ever lived.
