Today we were in Genova Italy. The city is old and if walls could talk out city exploration excursion would have taken 10 hours. We unfortunately had only 3,5 hours on our tour and we walked the city on foot. The guide spoke English and she was very nice to the kids who asked many questions. Funny that school's history class became a real time deal today. Funny that the study books became real.
The best part eat wise was that we gotta taste the best focaccia ever. The city of Genova is well know for that typical Italian bread. We also tasted the best pesto ever and freshly made at PESTO BENE. That we had to wait in line between the local Italians only made it more attractive.
It was a great day!
