First look at my two furry kids!

My two gordens , they are so great.

For those of you new here, it’s my pleasure to introduce you to Charlie and Joey.

Our gordons are the most loving, playful, beautiful, adoring, blackfurry etc for us. They provide fun, love and joy. Also a lot of dirt but he they are swimmers. The breader send us the pictures of the new litter. They always do because the partners they already have with a dog from their stable are also eligible to get the new pups if they want. We have two and although a pup and new baby would be a lovely idea, that is not happening… yet! My hubby can’t handle three. And if I am honest neither can I! They are so strong and need alot of walks. Which we do all on a schedule.

The fact that the pictures we got, made me go back ten years had me both sad and happy at once. Ten years ago we signed up for the new litter to come then we had time of wait. The litter needed to go good, be born healthy and we wanted a bit so it needed to have a boy in the litter. The boys are 9 and 5 ( 2014 and 2017 ) so time is ticking. Both are breaded dogs and age is a factor, the breeder doesn’t say but the family tree shows that they are with their families about 12-15 years if you are lucky. But on socials I see brothers and sisters from our oldest his neat, going over the rainbow bridge.

I saw on TikTok that older dogs love a good blanket, a good bed and a stuffed animal! A stuffed animal?? I have that, I still have them from our kids so that’s a great idea.

I gave two dogs , two stuffed animal dogs. The typical ikea dog called licky lucky. A big and a small version. And this is the result. They love it and cuddle with them all they long. They sleep with them.

How sweet is it. I love the sight it gives and the sweetness of them of taking care of the new baby or nee friend.

So if you have a dog and he or she is getting older this is a great idea. Just try it out and blog about it.
