 Wczoraj pogoda była taka, że strach było wychodzić z domu. Zebrałem się i pojechałem na siłownię. Nie mam jakoś ostatnio chęci przerzucać ciężarów, dlatego ograniczyłem się do orbitreka. Planowałem ćwiczyć na nim godzinę, ale po 30 minutach uznałem, że mam dość. Przeniosłem się na bieżnię elektryczną z zamiarem maszerowania przez jakiś czas, a skończyło się na 25 minutach biegu „jak chomik”. Sam byłem zaskoczony, że tyle wytrzymałem, zwykle mam dość po kwadransie. Żeby urozmaicić sobie nudny bieg, kilka razy zmieniałem prędkość taśmy. > **[ENG] Yesterday, the weather was so bad that it was scary to leave the house. I gathered myself and went to the gym. Lately, I haven't really felt like lifting weights, so I limited myself to the elliptical machine. I planned to exercise on it for an hour, but after 30 minutes, I decided I'd had enough. I moved to the treadmill with the intention of walking for a while, but it ended up being 25 minutes of running "like a hamster". I was surprised myself that I lasted that long; I usually quit after fifteen minutes. To make the boring run more interesting, I changed the belt speed a few times.**
