Iniciativa/ Si la Felicidad Tuviera un Olor ¿Cuál seria? (Es/ En)

Estos días, me puse a reflexionar en que nuestros sentidos tienen mucho que ver en la forma en que percibimos, nuestras emociones, sentimientos. Por la vista, entra ese primer flechazo, de gusto por alguien. También conocemos a alguien y por medio de la vista sabemos si nos agrada, por lo menos de entrada, como quien dice esa primera impresión o cuando tocamos algo agradable para nosotros, sentimos el calor, el frío por medio de nuestra piel y todo ello complementa la forma en que nos sentimos con respecto a alguien o algo. Y cuando oímos alguna melodía que llega a conmover nuestras emociones o cuando oímos la voz de alguien amado, nuestras emociones y sentimientos se alborotan. También sucede que cuando oímos un sonido desagradable para nosotros, nuestro cuerpo reacciona negativamente a este estímulo; es entonces cuando caemos en cuenta de lo ligado que estamos a nuestros sentidos. Pero, me he dado cuenta de que hay un sentido que tiene una conexión especial para mí y es el sentido del olfato. Desde pequeña me han encantado ciertos olores, por ejemplo, el olor de la tierra cuando llueve ese olor a tierra húmeda, que me habla de mi hogar, de mis recuerdos de infancia; otro olor que me habla de quien soy es el olor de las comidas típicas de mi país, como el de las hallacas navideñas, del pan de jamón recién horneado o del olor del talco preferido de mi abuela o el de la colonia que usaba mi padre…  Hay tantos olores que me llevan a esos momentos únicos, que le podríamos decir que nos llevan a la felicidad. En mi haber hay muchos olores, que me recuerdan la felicidad en un solo olor, como el olor de mis hijos cuando nacieron. Ese olor a bebé tan particular que es único en cada uno de nuestros hijos, ningún otro bebé nos huele igual y que solo distinguimos en nuestros propios hijos. Entonces, basándonos en eso, para ti, si la felicidad tuviera un olor, ¿cuál sería? Te invito a contarnos cuál es ese olor, que te habla de la felicidad, que solo al olerlo te lleva a ese momento en que sentiste una felicidad profunda, que te cambia el humor y te lleva a un estado de bienestar, con tan solo percibirlo. Esta es una iniciativa, donde les invito a compartir con nosotros los olores que asocian a su felicidad.  These days, I've been reflecting on how much our senses have to do with the way we perceive our emotions and feelings. Thru sight, that first spark of attraction for someone enters. We also meet someone and thru sight, we know if we like them, at least at first, as they say, that first impression, or when we touch something pleasant to us, we feel the warmth, the cold thru our skin, and all of this complements the way we feel about someone or something. And when we hear a melody that moves our emotions or when we hear the voice of a loved one, our emotions and feelings become agitated. It also happens that when we hear a sound unpleasant to us, our body reacts negatively to this stimulus; it is then that we realize how connected we are to our senses. But, I have realized that there is one sense that has a special connection for me, and that is the sense of smell. Since I was little, I have loved certain smells, for example, the smell of the earth when it rains, that smell of damp earth, which speaks to me of my home, of my childhood memories; another smell that tells me who I am is the smell of typical foods from my country, like the smell of Christmas hallacas, freshly baked ham bread, or the smell of my grandmother's favorite talcum powder or the cologne my father used... There are so many scents that take me to those unique moments, which we could say lead us to happiness. In my experience, there are many scents that remind me of happiness in a single smell, like the scent of my children when they were born. That particular baby smell that is unique to each of our children, no other baby smells the same to us, and we only recognize it in our own children. So, based on that, for you, if happiness had a smell, what would it be? I invite you to tell us what that smell is, the one that speaks to you of happiness, the one that, just by smelling it, takes you to that moment when you felt profound happiness, that changes your mood and brings you to a state of well-being, just by perceiving it.
