Today I want to reflect on what anxiety means in our lives and what can trigger it. We live in a world in constant movement, accelerated, full of changes, where everyone is immersed in his own career, some are enjoying relaxed, others are striving with sacrifices of all kinds, others go through life crazy, as if there were no tomorrow, while others struggle simply to survive in a world where different human emotions converge.
But many times, giving way more to negative emotions than to positive ones, where people show their selfishness, envy, greed, lack of empathy and lack of honesty, damaging many times, in various ways to good people and this is where anxiety appears, because different negative events, sometimes created on purpose, destabilize the emotions of people, creating uncertainty, demotivation, moving away the hopes, purposes and goals of those who are affected by these situations.
Anxiety does not come from one moment to another, it is something progressive, because it starts with small things, but they destabilize your personal routines, undermining and delaying what we intend to do. As when we have an important medical appointment and your treating doctor, postpones your appointment, because that day he had a conference x, leaving aside your anguish, concern, anxiety is born, delaying more those results expected by you and as well as this case others, that alter your tranquility, your peace of mind. Sometimes, people who have the power to decide on some area of your life make decisions that can affect your well-being and that is also where anxiety sets in.

By this I mean that all of us, when making decisions, should ask ourselves questions such as: who will be affected by this, is it really necessary to do such a thing, will it really be good for me and for others, will it really be good for me and for others, and most importantly, will it affect me and for others? And most importantly, will I negatively affect the lives of others? If only, we would apply at least two of these questions, I am sure that it would save others, many headaches and would stop, a little, this negative state of mind, as it is to enter into this emotion of anxiety, so constantly.
But just as there are events, news, moments that make us enter into anxiety, there are also ways to curb it a little and as we say in our land, we must learn to bathe with essential oils, that means that we should not take everything so literally, because sometimes things are not as they are not presented, besides everything as negative as it looks, always has its positive side, we just have to learn to wait and let everything happen to our side, that is to say that we slip so to speak (that's why the essential oils), on the other hand, keep in mind that if we can solve it, we are committed to it, but if the solution is not in our hands, we must let go and leave it in God's hands, He always puts things in their place.
Once we understand that many things escape from our possibilities of solution and that also, always when a door closes, a window opens, we begin to understand that everything in this life has a solution, alternatives and that as long as we continue to breathe, open hopes and possibilities and goodbye anxiety. Best regards!
