The Precious Token Airdrop Concluded just over 6 weeks ago and so not only have all SGS members who were participating in the Community Curation Project over the last 2 years had an opportunity to earn tokens through content creation, but there is now ZERO additional tokens being added to the Circulating Supply (which stands at 22,500 tokens). This means that the window of opportunity to EARN a stake in the project is now closed and the token price can be revalued upward accordingly.
As a result, I have today updated the Buy and Sell Walls for the Precious Token on Hive-Engine to be 0.19 and 0.23 HIVE respectively. That means there is still opportunity for members to acquire further stake in the project if they want to invest and support us, and also if people want to reduce their stake in the project then there is liquidity there in the market for them to do so.
Of course it is my hope that SGS members will continue to see value in the Curation Project, will continue to remain invested in the projects future and also continue participating in the project by contributing quality content about Precious Metals to Hive using the #SilverGoldStackers tag.
However, I also think it is important for the project to provide some liquidity for holders to be able to adjust their stake as individuals personal circumstances can change. Maintaining these Buy and Sell Walls is important for the project to ensure confidence amongst SGS members that our project remains accessible, with openly decentralized stakeholders and also that these Precious Tokens will retain fair value into the future.
