This is a versatile motorcycle that can do multiple roles in the right hands. The Tiger brand name is famous for adventure motorcycles and India currently has both 800cc and 1200cc models. The 800 further has the base XR, the mid spec, road version xRx and the top spec off-road version of xCx
I rode this bike last week from the city of Chandigarh to Shimla which at 6500 feet was quite cool in the Indian summers. The bike retails at Rs 13 lakh or USD 18500 before taxes
As this is a road version, it comes with tubeless tyres, alloy wheels and road tyres - the reason why i could easily push it down into corners - like the picture?
Loved using the bike to explore trails in the state of Himachal Pradesh. It is a large bike for a 800cc machine but mighty comfortable nevertheless
