Azhar Ibn Sulaim & Grove DoomBlade : Already in Love with these two Conclave Arcana Reward Cards

**Hello Splinternerds**  [source](https://discord.com/channels/447924793048825866/936709303300153424/1376967002962399282) *We are about to notice a big change in Splinterlands gameplay, and this is because of the new reward cards that will be rolling in on Oct 21st.* *Some of the cards have been revealed, and I am impressed with their abilities. I just keep moving from one account to the other, checking out the skills of those monsters that were shown, and some cards became my favorite even before having or using them in battle.*  I saw this monster on ``rapidsps`` post, and the first thing I noticed was the speed, and I was like damn! **Azhar Ibn Sulaim** has 8 speed and is literally in a competition with the ``Continuum seer`` rebellion reward monster with the highest health base. *The speed is just one of the outstanding stats of this monster; it still has 4 special abilities given to it, and no doubt it will be one of the most sought-after reward cards once they are released*. *This monster will make the fire splinter stronger, it is a taunt monster with range attack, Risruel Drath will be a good combo with it and since it can't attack from the front position, the best position to place it is the second position, it has the ``shield ward`` ability at max level which gives the monster in front of it a shield.* *The other two abilities are ``Backfire and Phase``, Any monster that misses their attack on it will suffer 2 health damage because of the backfire ability, while the phase ability means magic monsters can also miss their attack on it. This monster has all the abilities of a continuum seer and more! I can't wait to use it in battle, especially when in a ruleset that only allows range monsters.*  **Grove DoomBlade** *is the second monster that caught my attention, while Sulaim comes with one of the highest speeds, Grove comes with the lowest speed... it was not the low speed that made me love it, but his high power attack of 7 and the amazing abilities.* *It has sneak, fury[ which makes it a taunt monster killer], stun, and Ambush ability. Even with its low speed, it can still be useful in speed games cos of that ambush ability that got triggered before the first round starts.* And the stun ability can't be underrated too, cos it has been a reason why players lose battles that seem to be in their favour from the beginning... *Being a sneaky fire monster just made the fire sneaky attacks stronger, because along with Gobalano Soldier and Night Stalker, they are going to make the opponent's rear line vulnerable and penetrable.* *There are other monsters I like, but these two are outstanding, and I can't wait to have them maxed and used in battle.* *I have maxed the last epic gold in the rebellion reward cards, and I feel fulfilled, even though I could not max the Gold foil legendary. It is all good since I have all maxed in regular foil; it is time to prepare for the Conclave Arcana reward edition.* *Since there is no special draw for Gold foil, I will work on the regular foil first and slowly build the gold foil as I am getting them in the chest.
