*The famous people[celebrities] have their own kinda stress that they try to manage and one of their nightmares is the attention they get from their fans, once you are famous, they believe you are rich and the Agberos and tout expect you to drop money for them anytime they encounter you, you don't even have the freedom to walk freely in certain areas like the common man... Tell me which other stress can be as bad as this when you have no freedom of movement without people harassing you or trying to extort from you, and if you don't give them, you will be labelled as stingy...*
*The rich people have their own stress they are dealing with and this is the fear of going broke, it is easy to get rich but hard to stay rich, anyone can easily make millions of Naira through luck, lotto or even given, I have seen cases where some rich celebrities give their fan 20million Naira and some people won a huge amount of money from gambling but if you check on those people now, most are back to square 1, because they didn't use the funds well and some try to use it well but their business crumbled, so most rich people are always on their toes making sure they stay rich by monitoring their investment so they don't become past glory, this is another level of stress that is hard to deal with.*

*The best way to manage stress is to learn to live with it, cos all our achievements in life will stress us, so here are some good ways of easing the stress since it is unavoidable.*
**Sleep**: *This is one of the best medicines for humans. Sleep helps us to regain our energy, helps to repair our brain tissues and more, so when we get stressed during the day, we can sleep well during the night to regain the lost energy for the next day stress.*
**Fun and Relaxation**: *We should create time to have fun and relax, it is not all the time we need to think about work and problems in life, reminder that problems never finish so once in a while, we should learn to live like we have no problem or anything troubling us.*
