If they were given another chance to time-travel and correct their mistakes, they won't think twice.* *The story I want to share is about a woman who married for love. Let us call her treasure.* *Treasure is now 38 years old, and she still regrets her past decision... Here is the story!* *Treasure came from an elite family; her family was doing well for themselves, and some of her siblings were out of the country. The plan was to send her to the UK to continue her nursing career when she was done with her secondary school education in Nigeria, but something happened during that year that changed her life.* *She fell in love with a guy who was once her senior in school. No matter what a child does, the mother will always forgive her. Her mother sends her money whenever she calls and tells her about the hardship she is facing in her marital home. Unfortunately, a few years later, the mum died, and that was when Treasure started regretting her decision.* *When the mother was alive, her siblings used to send money and other things home to their mother, and it was from what they sent that the mother used to give treasure, but now that the mother is dead, the other siblings have no reason to send anything home again and they don't really care about treasure since they warned her against it.* *Anytime Treasure and her husband quarrel, the statement that always comes out of her mouth is ``it is not your fault, I am the one who sacrificed my career for love`` which is to say she regrets her decision and it is going to torment her for life.* *If someone like her were allowed to correct her mistakes, she would choose her career instead, and maybe her life would have been better.
