Here we have another short video showing how we are providing a service for guests to order food at Hotel Del Lago, all without even having a Hive account...they can claim cash back via there room card. We are still in the pilot phase. But tools are working! Our goal is to have a normalized experience that already feels familiar to a client. With no need to explain what Hive is or how it works. We want to focus on experience first and then find the back doors to soft introduce people to Hive.
