32 oz. water with lemon juice # 1 kale pineapple cucumber lime ginger celery cilantro dill
Lunch
1 mini watermelon juice #2 celery beet + greens apple carrot cucumber ginger turmeric
Snack mangoes
Dinner
Large salad with creamy herb dressing
- I also had a gallon of water throughout the day as well as a matcha tea latte with homemade almond milk :)
CREAMY HERB DRESSING RECIPE
Ingredients
1.5 cups raw cashews fresh herbs of your choosing - I used parsley and dill 2 to 4 cloves garlic cloves salt and pepper to taste juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 to 2 cups water depending on how thick you want it
Place all ingredients into vitamix and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Keeps well in a glass container with lid in the fridge for 3-5 days.
