Okay, for Day 2 of my very own Elftober drawing challenge, I went with Secret Smile for this drawing. I love how this little elf came out – that quiet, knowing look, like he just heard the most delightful secret. It definitely brings out that soft, slightly textured feel I love in my drawings, with the clear simple line drawing and gentle pastel colors I gravitate towards. I'm already so into this challenge, and it's completely my own initiative; I literally just combined "elf" and "Inktober" to make it. It makes me wonder if anyone else out there is doing an Elftober today, too?

I was thinking that I need a template to make all 31 look cohesive and I think this could be it. I used a little symmetry and some basic shapes as my guide to get the body shape right and quite balance which I did not do on the first prompt.
Here I am trying to keep the same look consistent like the eyes nose and eyebrows. One struggle are the ears I am not confident if this set is similar with the first one. Started shaping his clothes by whim the collar shape I changed for no reason and the sleeves and the shoes and that coal tail well it looks like it is a final edit.
The colors are consistent the pastel blue hair and that beige skin.
I used more green here to keep it interesting and not just pink and purple

Elftober is my personal art challenge running throughout October, where I create a new elf drawing every day.
