Some time ago, I was on vacation in an area that is quite famous for its coffee. Gayo City, This city is located in the mountainous area of Aceh. And is included in the Central Aceh district (Takengon City).
Maybe my coffee lovers know that Gayo coffee is very famous, both locally and abroad. Gayo coffee is often considered one of the best coffees in the world.
Initially we had no plans to visit this place.. Because we only knew that in the Takengon City area there were many coffee shops available. However, when we were staying at a relative's house, we were recommended to visit this place. Initially I thought it was just a debate about a coffee shop in general.
But I was wrong, it turns out this place is very extraordinary

I think this place is quite unique, because it provides a very fitting atmosphere for a location in the mountains. They provide several places to choose from. We can choose to sit in the indoor or outdoor area that sits directly on the coffee plantation. and yes, we chose to sit outside with a large table made of large logs directly on the coffee plantation yard. Which means that when drinking coffee, we can also directly see the coffee that is still on the tree.
There is also a small river with a small waterfall and a stream that makes the atmosphere of this place very extraordinary.
When ordering coffee, we were immediately served by a professional barista who brewed and explained a little about the coffee. and yes we can choose for ourselves what kind of coffee we want to order.
And what's even more interesting, I just learned that the rest of my family ordered coffee brewed directly by the owner of this coffee shop. Abang Gembel, the owner and barista at this coffee shop, personally brewed the coffee, explaining briefly about its origins and its taste. I was quite surprised. The coffee brewed by Abang Gembel is one of the best coffees, sourced directly from his coffee farm.
they also display several different types of coffee in the shop's display case.
And I ordered Ice Americano. Usually when ordering ice americano it will definitely taste a little bitter. But when I tried Ice Americano from Cafe Seladang. The new taste was really unique and extraordinary, there was a mint and sweet taste mixed into 1 and there was no bitter taste at all.
This cafe also provides many interesting photo spots. There is a small river with a small waterfall and it also provides bathrooms which are quite clean and aesthetic.
