Today, I'd like to introduce you to a healthy snack I serve my son.
I call it Pearl Sago Porridge.
With simple and readily available ingredients, I'm quite happy that my son loves it.
This porridge has a savory, sweet flavor thanks to the cooked coconut milk.

Ingredients needed
- 1 ounce Pearl Sago
- Water 1500 ml
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 500 ml Coconut Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

- Pour pearl sago into a large pan, add sugar and 750 ml water. Then cook until reduced

- After the water has reduced, add the remaining water and cook again until the sago pearls are evenly cooked.

- let it cool, then divide it into 2 parts.
Well, because the sago was still very plain, I finally added some colors that I had at home, I happened to have pink and purple.
- on 1 part I put a few drops of purple, as well as on the other part I put a few drops of pink, then stir until evenly mixed.

Then I moved on to the sauce, here I used coconut milk as a complementary ingredient.
- Cook the coconut milk and salt until it boils while continuing to stir, don't let it dissolve or break.
