Hi, friends.
How are you all? I hope you're all healthy and happy.
This time, I'm back to greet you. Wow, it's been so long since I've written anything on my blog. Have you missed me? Hehe.

In the past few days I have started working outside the home, after several years of being on hiatus from work. So the first thing I did was put together a menu for the week. Today, I'm cooking a simple, no-fuss dish. But the taste and vitamin content in this dish are extraordinary.
This time I'm cooking "Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Tofu"
As we know, bean sprouts and tofu are both derived from legumes. Bean sprouts come from mung bean sprouts, and tofu comes from the pulp of mung beans. Bean sprouts are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, while tofu is a good source of plant-based protein. Consuming both can provide various benefits for the body
---------------
Ingredients needed:

- 1 garlic clove, 2 shallots
- 4 green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 small packet of hot sauce

I cook this dish quite often because it's simple and easy to make. After eating it, I feel very full, and I think it could be a good option for a diet. I hope you guys try it at home too.
