"En medio de la tormenta" // "In the midst of the storm"

¡Vaya! Creo que una de las cosas más difíciles es la de poder escribir una gran historia en medio de una tormenta, o por lo menos tener el enfoque y la calma que tanto necesitas para poder plasmar lo mejor de ti mediante la creación de contenido. Entiendo que a veces las pruebas más difíciles sacan lo mejor de ti y te permiten crecer como persona, pero quizás con el pasar del tiempo notas que todo parece ir hacia una dirección y que por más esfuerzo que inviertas no hay reacción alguna que te pueda dar un rayo de esperanza. Desde que llegué a esta plataforma, es primera vez que veo el valor del Hive tan bajo, pero más desconcertante para mí es ver como algunos empiezan a perder el enfoque que tenían en el principio. Quizás la situación económica a muchos nos mueve de tal manera que no nos permite ser pacientes y trabajar mientras las cosas fluyen, y por eso muchos ya no ven como prioridad siquiera involucrarse de lleno en el contenido que compartes y disfrutas de otros. Sé que esto es un gran mundo de creadores de contenido y personas que llevan la delantera en pro de la expansión de nuestra plataforma, pero no es una realidad ajena en cuanto a lo que muchos han dejado de hacer aquí en Hive. >Wow! I think one of the hardest things is being able to write a great story in the middle of a storm, or at least having the focus and calm you need to be able to express your best self through content creation. I understand that sometimes the most difficult trials bring out the best in you and allow you to grow as a person, but perhaps over time you notice that everything seems to be going in one direction and that no matter how much effort you put in, there is no reaction that can give you a ray of hope. >Since I joined this platform, this is the first time I've seen the value of Hive so low, but what's more disconcerting to me is seeing how some are beginning to lose the focus they had in the beginning. Perhaps the economic situation is affecting many of us in such a way that it doesn't allow us to be patient and work while things flow, and that's why many no longer see it as a priority to even get fully involved in the content you share and enjoy from others. I know this is a great world of content creators and people who are leading the way in expanding our platform, but it is not an unfamiliar reality in terms of what many have stopped doing here on Hive. Algunos simplemente prefieren hacer un "stop" mientras las cosas cambian, pero no sé qué tanto se puede ganar o perder con este proceder. Otros incursionan en otros proyectos fuera de la plataforma, y algunos sencillamente deciden olvidarse de Hive y dedicar su tiempo y contenido de otras maneras. ¿Qué puedo hacer para sostenerme sin tener que huir? Dicha decisión quizás puede definir si aún estamos creyendo o no en todo lo que podemos hacer para seguir trabajando en Hive. La realidad me genera más dudas que certezas, aunque sé que desconozco muchas cosas que van más allá de las publicaciones y las recompensas. Sinceramente, he tratado de ser constante y diligente en mi trabajo como creador de contenido, pero es frustrante cuando no ves respuesta alguna que alimente la tan necesaria perseverancia. Reconozco que no soy el único que pueda pensar y sentirse así, pero a diferencia de los demás prefiero seguir nadando ante la adversidad antes que ver la retirada como una opción viable. >How can I cope with these difficult times? Others venture into other projects outside the platform, and some simply decide to forget about Hive and devote their time and content in other ways. What can I do to sustain myself without having to flee? That decision may define whether or not we still believe in everything we can do to continue working on Hive. >Reality gives me more doubts than certainties, although I know that there are many things I don't know that go beyond posts and rewards. Honestly, I have tried to be consistent and diligent in my work as a content creator, but it is frustrating when you see no response that fuels the much-needed perseverance. I recognize that I am not the only one who may think and feel this way, but unlike others, I prefer to keep swimming in the face of adversity rather than see retreat as a viable option. Son preguntas claves que cada uno de nosotros como hiver deberíamos plantearnos. Y es que son muchas las cosas que pueden surgir desde nuestro propio trabajo, y no solo me refiero a lo que hacemos con lo que publicamos, ya que ni en eso hay garantía que redunde en un aporte a la plataforma y a nivel personal. Dejando este punto claro, sé que hay muchas personas que tienen buenas ideas o proyectos que se dan a conocer pero luego quedan en el aire ya sea por falta de apoyo o de más información sobre nuestra plataforma. Qué genial sería tener una especie de noticiero o reporte diario que nos mantenga al día con las cosas importantes que ocurren aquí en Hive. Más allá de todo, el mensaje final es de que no hay razón para renunciar a la oportunidad de poder trabajar aquí en Hive. Solo echen un vistazo afuera y verán todas las ventajas que puedes encontrar aquí en esta plataforma. Ciertamente el presente no es el mejor escenario, pero hasta las peores tormentas siempre tienen un final. Será muy agradable poder ser parte de ese momento en el cual podamos extender la mano a los nuevos y a quienes regresan, con una fuerte convicción y firmeza para creer que es más lo que hay frente a nosotros para crear y crecer dentro de Hive. Por eso, cualquier consejo y sugerencia que puedas sumar a este tema será bien apreciado por mí. >What can I do? What can I work on? These are key questions that each of us as Hivers should ask ourselves. There are many things that can arise from our own work, and I'm not just referring to what we publish, since even that doesn't guarantee a contribution to the platform or on a personal level. With that point clear, I know that there are many people who have good ideas or projects that they share but then they fall through either due to a lack of support or more information about our platform. How great would it be to have a kind of daily news or report that keeps us up to date with the important things happening here on Hive. >Above all, the final message is that there is no reason to give up the opportunity to work here at Hive. Just take a look around and you will see all the advantages you can find here on this platform. Certainly, the present is not the best scenario, but even the worst storms always come to an end. It will be very nice to be part of that moment when we can reach out to newcomers and those who are returning, with a strong conviction and determination to believe that there is more ahead of us to create and grow within Hive.
