As is the usual tradition with Vibes Web3 Music Competition, a lot of beautiful entries poured in from different artists all over the world, and honestly With such great entries, I don't envy the judges who would have it tough deciding on who wins and who carts away the prices. But there has to be a winner anyways.
I was besotted with @olgaestrella's rendition of Perra Melancolica, a song done in Latin I think I. This is actually the second time I'm listening to her music and I must confess that I really really loved it.
Her voice is captivating, sultry and from the very first note, I was taken in, as she brought a refreshing vulnerability and strength to the performance of the song. The song already pulses with raw emotion but her vocal delivery was both haunting and powerful, capturing the essence of the original while imprinting it with her own soul, her own signature.
Her interpretation is perfect, so to speak, and I loved the personality she infused into the song as well.
It was a standout performance, it was emotionally charged, vocally impressive, and truly truly worthy of this great competition. So in my humble opinion, I want to give it up to @olgaestrella. She deserves the crown this week 38.
