Saludos! Es muy grato estar nuevamente ante ustedes, en esta ocasión con esta clásica, sencilla y rendidora ensalada rallada. Cuando aquí en Venezuela decimos ensalada rallada inmediatamente sabemos que se trata de zanahoria y repollo.

Las comemos con las parrillas, perros calientes, con pollo, pescado, bueno, con lo que se nos ocurra Jajaja, forma parte de nuestra gastronomía y cada quien tiene su forma de prepararla, algunos con mayonesa, otros la dejan más crocante (en tiempos de crisis cuando no tienes los ingredientes completos...) pero asegurándoles que es bien rica. Hoy tengo de visita a mis hermanos y voy a usar más cantidades

Lo primero siempre es lavar muy bien todos los vegetales.

Parto el repollo y lo rallo, luego lo coloco en un recipiente,

le pongo agua y una tacita de vinagre, lo dejo 20 minutos matará bacterias y además el vinagre me lo cocina un poco, queda más suave.

y lo coloco junto a las zanahorias en un recipiente grande,

agregándoles el cilantro,

la media tacita de vinagre, aceite, la mayonesa, y la sal, adereza a tu gusto
