4: fix the feet fixa o pé
5: Turn like backside Virar tipo de back
6: slow down with confidence vai descendo devagar
7: fix the feet again and... fixa o pé dnv e...
8: dampen your legs and get down amortecer suar pernas e abaixar
9: thats it! feito!
