1 pechuga de pollo.

Una vez que las papas se frieron, se pusieron una camada en cada plato para luego colocarle en la parte de arriba, el pollo ya despechado y reservado. Aparte en el sartén sofreír la tocineta picada en cuadros una vez sofrita se reserva y se procede en la misma grasa hecha el maíz a cocer con la crema de leche y el queso hasta quedar cremosa para luego servir encima del pollo que ya estaba colocado en el plato para finalizar agregándole la tocineta y su respectiva salsa y así de gustar este rico plato.
