Friends of Hive, today I'm stopping by to show you a delicious meal I prepared for my family. I made some pork ribs for Sunday lunch, since we love to eat pork and my husband likes BBQ, so we decided to make them this Sunday.
Amigos de Hive, hoy paso por aquí para mostrarles una rica comida que prepare para mi familia como son unas costillas de cerdo que preparé para el almuerzo dominical, ya que nos gusta mucho comer cerdo y a mi esposo a la BBQ le quedan espectacular, así que decidimos este domingo hacerlas

In this one I used 1 kg of pork ribs, for this preparation I put them in a saucepan to fry first in oil with onion and then after browning I put Coca-Cola so that it was sweating once it starts to boil I put the other seasonings and seasoning to taste and let it cook until the desired consistency and while it finished cooking I put to cook white rice in another pan and while all that happened I prepared a simple salad with onion and avocado and also fried some slices of banana.
En esta utilice 1 kg de costillas de cerdo, para esta preparación las coloqué en una cacerola a sofreír primero en aceite con cebolla para luego de dorar le coloque Coca-Cola para que se fuese sudando una vez que empiece a hervir coloque los demás alíñelos y condimentos al gusto y deje cocer hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada y mientras se terminaba de cocer puse a cocinar arroz blanco en otra cacerola y mientes todo eso pasaba preparaba una sencilla ensalada con cebolla y aguacate además que también fritada unas tajadas de plátano

Once finished with all the preparations of lunch I served and enjoyed all this delicious dish that had been very rich so I wanted to share it with you as you know the ribs, my husband, is very rich and I discovered that I also have very good I decided to accompany it with the fabulous Coca-Cola that could not miss in this dish my ribs as I said they were very juicy and the children were fascinated with how we were particularly I love it very much. Una vez terminado con todas las preparaciones del almuerzo serví y disfrutarme todo este rico plato que había quedado muy rico por eso quise compartirlo con ustedes como ya saben las costillas, a mi esposo, le queda muy rica y descubrí que a mí también me quedan muy buena decidimos acompañarlo con la fabulosa Coca-Cola que no podían faltar en este plato mis costillas como les dije quedaron bien jugosas y los niños estaban fascinadas de cómo nos quedaron a mí en particular me encanta muchísimo.
