How is my dear Hive community doing? Today, I want to share with you my incredible experience of traveling from Montevideo to Chile (and back), a journey filled with joy, picturesque moments, and excitement. From the moment I stepped foot in Carrasco Airport, excitement surged through me, knowing that I was about to embark on a new adventure in an unfamiliar country, with the added thrill of reunions awaiting me.
Como se encuentra mi querida comunidad de Hive? Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi increíble experiencia de viajar desde Montevideo a Chile (y de regreso), un viaje lleno de alegría, pintoresco y emocionante. Desde el momento en que pisé el Aeropuerto de Carrasco, la emoción invadió mi ser, sabiendo que estaba a punto de embarcarme en una nueva aventura en un país desconocido y con demasiado emoción a causa de reencuentros.

Carrasco Airport is absolutely beautiful, a place where modern and elegant design blends with a bright atmosphere. The spacious waiting lounges, well-lit corridors, and friendly staff made my airport experience simply delightful. While waiting for my flight, I enjoyed a delicious meal with @franqueff at McDonald's and delighted in the panoramic views of the runway, filled with excitement for what awaited me on the other side.

The moment to board the plane arrived, and my heart beat with anticipation. As the plane soared into the sky, I felt a mixture of excitement and butterflies in my stomach. I was temporarily leaving behind my home, but I knew I was about to discover new horizons and create unforgettable memories.
El Aeropuerto de Carrasco es muy bonito, un lugar donde el diseño moderno y elegante se mezcla con un ambiente luminoso. Las amplias salas de espera, los pasillos llenos de luz y la atención amable del personal hicieron que mi experiencia en el aeropuerto fuera simplemente encantadora. Mientras esperaba mi vuelo, disfruté de una deliciosa cita con @franqueff en el mcdonalds y me deleité con las vistas panorámicas de la pista de aterrizaje, emocionada por lo que me esperaba al otro lado.
El momento de abordar el avión llegó y mi corazón latía con anticipación. Mientras el avión se elevaba en el cielo, sentí una mezcla de emoción y mariposas en el estómago. Estaba dejando atrás mi hogar temporalmente, pero sabía que estaba a punto de descubrir nuevos horizontes y crear recuerdos inolvidables.

Upon arriving at my destination in Chile, the excitement grew even stronger. The fresh air and the beauty of the landscapes welcomed me. But the most thrilling part of it all was the reunion with my aunt Roxy, who awaited me with open arms alongside her partner Cristian. It was a reunion filled with hugs, laughter, and nostalgia, reminiscing about old mischief and sharing stories from our lives since the last time we saw each other.
Together, we embarked on a series of adventures in Santiago, Chile. We explored vibrant local markets, indulged in delicious Chilean cuisine both homemade and bought, and marveled at the stunning beauty of the natural landscapes. We visited museums, sipped on pisco while singing, and I cherished the joy of being close to my aunt with whom I have always had a special bond. From the ancient and beautiful streets of the Yungay neighborhood to the depths of our hearts, each new place took my breath away and reminded me of how vast and diverse our world can be, how different even simple things can be when countries are so close.
Al llegar a mi destino en Chile, la emoción se intensificó aún más. El aire fresco y la belleza de los paisajes me dieron la bienvenida. Pero lo más emocionante de todo era el hecho de reunirme con mi tía Roxy , quienes me esperaban con los brazos abiertos junto a su pareja Cristian. Fue un reencuentro lleno de abrazos, risas y nostalgia, recordando viejas travesuras y compartiendo historias de nuestras vidas desde la última vez que nos vimos.
Juntas, nos embarcamos en una serie de aventuras por Santiago de Chile Exploramos los vibrantes mercados locales, degustamos la deliciosa comida chilena tanto hecha en casa como comprada y nos maravillamos con la impresionante belleza de los paisajes naturales, visitamos algunos museos, tomamos pisco mientras cantamos y recorde lo lindo que es estar cerca de mi tia con la cual siempre he tenido una relacion cercana. Desde las antiguas y hermosas calles del barrio Yungay hasta lo mas profundo de nuestros corazones, cada nuevo lugar me dejaba sin aliento y me recordaba lo vasto y diverso que puede ser nuestro mundo, lo diferente que pueden ser cosas tan simples aun cuando los paises estan tan cerca.

But beyond the places we visited, the most valuable aspect of this trip was the time spent with my aunt and my best friend, laughing until tears streamed down our faces, enjoying long conversations under the stars on a beach night, creating memories we will cherish forever. It was a reminder of the importance of human connections and how bonds of friendship and family can transcend any distance or time.

As the journey neared its end, my heart was filled with gratitude and happiness. I felt fortunate to have had the opportunity to live this adventure, to have explored a new country, and to have reunited with special people in my life.
Pero más allá de los lugares que visitamos, lo más valioso de este viaje fue el tiempo que comparti junto a mi tia y junto a mi mejor amiga, riendo hasta las lágrimas, disfrutando de largas conversaciones bajo las estrellas en una noche de playa, creando recuerdos que atesoraremos para siempre. Fue un recordatorio de la importancia de las conexiones humanas y cómo los lazos de amistad y familia pueden trascender cualquier distancia o tiempo.
A medida que el viaje llegaba a su fin, el corazón se llenó de gratitud y felicidad. Me sentí afortunada de haber tenido la oportunidad de vivir esta aventura, de haber explorado un nuevo país y de haberme reencontrado con personas especiales en mi vida.

After a wonderful stay in Chile, the time came to return to Montevideo. At the airport in Chile, I found my luggage filled with memories and emotions. I felt a mix of nostalgia for leaving behind a special place filled with a joyful atmosphere, and happiness for returning to my country and reuniting with my dad and my boyfriend who had stayed in Montevideo. As I boarded the plane, the excitement grew, knowing that I would soon be home. However, there was also a bittersweet feeling, wishing I could stay longer with those special people I had dreamt of reuniting with for so long. Every step through the airport reminded me of the adventure I had lived and the sense of freedom we experience when traveling. It was time to bid farewell to Chile and await the next journey that awaited me in the future.
The days I spent with my best friend in Copiapo were magical and only reminded me of how much I cherish having all three of them close. I hope that this trip to Chile is just the first of many reunions and that this beautiful friendship remains as it is, joyful, vibrant, magical, and irreplaceable.
Después de una maravillosa estadía en Chile, llegó el momento de regresar a Montevideo, en el aeropuerto de Chile, me encontré con el equipaje lleno de recuerdos y emociones, sentí una mezcla de nostalgia por dejar atrás un lugar especial lleno de una atmosfera de felicidad y alegría por regresar a mi país y reencontrarme con mi papá y mi novio quienes habian quedado en Montevideo. Mientras subía al avión, la emoción crecía, feliz sabiendo que pronto estaría en casa, sin embargo tambien con un sabor amargo con ganas de quedarme mas tiempo con esas personas especiales y con quienes soño tanto tiempo un reencuentro. Cada paso por el aeropuerto me recordó la aventura vivida y la sensación de libertad que experimentamos al viajar, ya era hora de despedirme de Chile y esperar el próximo viaje que me esperaba en el futuro.
Los dias que pase con mi mejor amiga en Copiapo fueron magicos y solo me recordaron lo mucho que quiero tenerlas cerca a las tres, espero que este viaje que hice a Chile, sea solo el primero de muchos reencuentros y que esta amistad tan bonita se mantenga asi, jovial, vibrante, magica e irremplazable.
