En esta ocasión me gustaría compartir con ustedes el encuentro que tuve con la montaña hace poco🔙⏳, pues gracias a un amigo que me prestó su bici montañera con suspensión🚵‍♀️ y que me invitó a esta aventura pude volver a ir al cerro de la placera⛰️, ubicado en Maracay📍, estado Aragua🗺️🇻🇪 donde disfrutamos de excelentes vistas y un gran entrenamiento, hasta que la bicis nos dejó botados🤣🤕.

Hoy les compartiré un poco de esta aventura y cómo logramos sobrevivir😅, espero lo disfruten, un abrazo.

On this occasion I would like to share with you the encounter I had with the mountain recently🔙⏳, because thanks to a friend who lent me his mountain bike with suspension 🚵‍♀️ and who invited me to this adventure I was able to go back to the cerro de la placera⛰️, located in Maracay📍, Aragua state 🗺️🇻🇪 where we enjoyed excellent views and a great training, until the bikes left us stranded🤣🤕.

Today I will share a little of this adventure and how we managed to survive😅, I hope you enjoy, a hug.

Salimos de casa de mi amigo Lamberth a eso de las 5 pm🕑, en espera que la lluvia de la tarde cesara🌧️;

We left my friend Lamberth's house at about 5 pm🕑, waiting for the afternoon rain to stop🌧️;

Antes de salir mi amigo me advirtió que ir con este clima a la montaña sería una aventura y que sería divertido... Y no sé equivoco😅.

Recorrimos un poco más de 5 kilómetros desde la casa de mi amigo hasta la montaña🚲;

Before leaving my friend warned me that going with this climate to the mountain would be an adventure and that it would be fun... And I'm not wrong😅.

We traveled a little more than 5 kilometers from my friend's house to the mountain🚲;

Y al entrar se sintió una paz inigualable, yo que amo la naturaleza y la bicicleta estaba muy feliz🥰.

Luego comenzaron las subidas fuertes🚵‍♀️🔝;

And upon entering he felt an unparalleled peace, I who love nature and the bicycle was very happy🥰.

Then the strong🚵‍♀️🔝 rises began ;

Dónde no importa mucho si tienes fuerza💪 porque tu resistencia🥵 va a determinar si te vas a caer o no🤣.

Íbamos súper bien hasta que la bici de mi amigo tuvo un fallo técnico😔;

Where it doesn't matter much if you have strength💪 because your stamina🥵 is going to determine if you're going to fall or not🤣.

We were going super well until my friend's bike had a technical😔 failure;

Pues su pata de cambio se rompió y nos dejó varados en medio de la nada😶.

Lo bueno es que la pieza no era muy costosa💰 y que nuestra actitud ante la situación fue inteligente💡;

For his leg of change broke and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere😶.

The good thing is that the piece was not very expensive💰 and that our attitude to the situation was intelligent💡;

Porque le di una de mis trenzas👟 a mi amigo para que el cambio no pegara de los rines de la bici y no me cayera en la bajada😅🤣🤕.

Y aunque tuvimos que caminar algunos tramos🚶‍♀️🚶;

Because I gave one of my braids👟 to my friend so that the change did not hit the wheels of the bike and did not fall on the descent😅🤣🤕.

And although we had to walk some sections🚶‍♀️🚶;

Lo pasamos muy bien y por suerte nos pudieron buscar en la entrada de la montaña🚚.

Ese día ejercite mi cuerpo, aprendí cosas nuevas y disfrute de la maravillosa naturaleza😍;

We had a great time and luckily they were able to look for us at the entrance of the mountain🚚.

That day exercise my body, learn new things and enjoy the wonderful nature😍;

La vista del atardecer fue lo mejor del recorrido🌄.

Cuando se sale a la montaña⛰️ hay que saber que todo puede pasar🧐;

The sunset view was the best thing about the tour🌄.

When you go out to the mountain⛰️ you have to know that anything can happen🧐;

Y hay que estar preparados para ello🔍🧰🔧.

Todo pasa por algo y lo importante es saber afrontar esas situaciones o sino aprender de ellas.

Cada vez que salgo reafirmo que la actividad física me ayuda mentalmente y físicamente a ser una mejor persona, espero usted no deje su cuerpo de lado y también le de uso. Cuidelo porque es el único que tiene.

Everything goes through something and the important thing is to know how to face these situations or learn from them.

Every time I go out I reaffirm that physical activity helps me mentally and physically to be a better person, I hope you do not leave your body aside and also use it. Take care of it because it's the only one you have.
