Receta: 🍽Arroz Acompañado De Caraotas //Recipe: 🍽Rice Accompanied by Beans

Buenas noches hivers Dios los bendiga, espero esten bien y hayan tenido excelente dia la noche de hoy voy a presentar un plato rico y muy sencillo, como lo es el arroz con caraotas espero les guste Good night hivers God bless you, I hope you are well and have had an excellent day tonight I am going to present a delicious and very simple dish, such as rice with beans I hope you like it  Ingredientes: ½kg de caraotas ½kg de arroz 1 cebolla ½ pimentón Cebollin Ajo Paprika dulce Pimienta negra Orégano Comino Aceite Sal Ingredients: ½kg of beans ½kg of rice 1 onion ½ paprika Chives Garlic sweet paprika Black pepper Oregano Cumin Oil Salt  Preparación: Primero lavamos y colocamos las caraotas en una olla a presion le agregamos agua y lo colocamos ablandar preparation: First we wash and place the beans in a pressure cooker, add water and place it to soften  Despues cortamos en cuadritos el pimentón, la cebolla, el ajo y el cebollín y despues en una sartén caliente agregamos un chorrito de aceite le agregamos paprika, orégano, comino, pimienta y sal al gusto Then we cut the paprika, onion, garlic and chives into squares and then in a hot pan add a splash of oil we add paprika, oregano, cumin, pepper and salt to taste  Despues que las caraotas esten bien blanditas le agregamos los aliños ya sofritos y revolvemos bien, dejamos cocinar unos minutos mas y retiramos del fuego After the beans are soft, add the already fried dressings and stir well, let cook a few more minutes and remove from heat  Para el arroz: Agregamos el arroz en una olla le agregamos un chorrito de aceite le agregamos un poquito de los aliños ya sofritos le agregamos agua sal al gusto Y dejamos cocinar hasta que este listo For the rice: We add the rice in a pot, we add a splash of oil, we add a little of the dressings and, fried, we add water, salt to taste.
