Today I come to show you a little more of this new stage of my life as a party decoration assistant. For @DecoracionesNovacheth it is more than a pleasure to make the Quinceañera a world of fantasy. >Hoy vengo a mostrarles un poco mas de esta nueva etapa de mi vida como ayudante de decoración de fiestas. >Para @DecoracionesNovacheth es mas que un placer hacer de la fiesta de quince años un mundo de fantasía. ---  Every princess who comes to seek support finds a team ready to fulfill all her dreams and how nice that behind her is the unconditional support of her parents. Since I entered this world of decorations I have realized that more than the dream of a quinceañera, it is the dream of an entire family. From the grandmother, parents, aunts and uncles and of course the princess of the night. >Cada princesa que viene a buscar respaldo se encuentra con un equipo de trabajo dispuesto a cumplir todos sus sueños y que bonito que detrás de ella este el apoyo incondicional de los padres. >Desde que entre en este mundo de las decoraciones me he dado cuenta que mas que el sueño de una quinceañera es el sueño de toda una familia. Desde la abuela, los padres, tíos y por supuesto la princesa de la noche.  I really enjoyed supporting Yenni and Carlos (my nephews) in this “Beauty and the Beast” fantasy decoration. It's amazing how Yenni, who is the architect of all this madness, stands out, searches, investigates, wants more and never a decoration is identical to another. She is always looking to innovate and I like that because I take advantage and learn new things every day. >Me gustó mucho apoyar a Yenni y a Carlos (mis sobrinos) en esta decoración de fantasía “La bella y la Bestia”. Es increíble como Yenni quien es la artífice de toda esta locura se destaca, busca, investiga, quiere mas y nunca una decoración queda idéntica a otra. Siempre busca innovar y eso me gusta porque así yo aprovecho y aprendo cada día cosas nuevas.  Seeing my nephews and nieces united, working in mutual agreement to get ahead is something I love, because that energy flows and sticks with you. >Ver a mis sobrinos unidos, trabajando en mutuo acuerdo en pro de salir adelante es algo que me encanta, porque esa energía fluye y se te pega.  When I go to work with them there is no hassle, no discomfort, zero anxiety, because like them I love everything I do. It is true that they pay very well, but more than the money, this goes beyond reason, because without wanting to, it also involves the heart. >Cuando voy a trabajar con ellos no hay fastidio, no hay molestia, cero angustia, porque al igual que ellos amo todo lo que hago. Si es verdad que pagan muy bien, pero mas que por el dinero esto va mas allá de la razón, porque sin querer queriendo también se involucra el corazón.   I remember the first time I worked for them we finished the decoration at about midnight, it was a wedding and everything had to be ready for the wedding in the morning; I tell you that when I was leaving that place I felt something so beautiful in my heart that only allowed me to think about wishing the best to the bride and groom and all those who attended the party, I also left there thinking how nice it was going to be and they were going to enjoy everything we did for them. >Recuerdo que la primera vez que trabajé para ellos terminamos la decoración como a las doce de la noche, era un matrimonio y todo debía quedar listo para la boda en la mañana; les digo que cuando me iba de aquel lugar sentía algo tan bonito en mi corazón que solo me permitía pensar en desearles lo mejor a los novios y a todos los que asistieran a la fiesta, también me fui de allí pensando en que bonito lo vana pasar y van a disfrutar de todo lo que hicimos para ellos.  Yes it's true, they pay for that! But it feels good to be able to fulfill those dreams and it's nice to know and feel the satisfaction of fulfilling your duty, to know that you did it right and that you didn't spare even the slightest effort to make sure there was no inconvenience. >¡Si es verdad! ¡ellos pagan para eso! Pero se siente bien poder cumplir esos sueños y que bonito saber y sentir esa satisfacción del deber cumplido, de saber que lo hiciste bien y no escatimaste ni el mas mínimo esfuerzo para que no exista ningún inconveniente.  That is the greatest gratification that can exist behind each decoration, knowing that everyone who goes to these meetings and sees these decorations, from the moment he/she looks out the main entrance and is greeted by that decoration on the door and sees himself/herself in a mirror, enters the main hall and sees that majesty with a decoration of more than six meters, is left with the wedding open to see that everything in this life is possible, if there is organization and desire to do things well. >Esa es la mayor gratificación que puede existir detrás de cada decoración, saber que todo el que vaya a esas reuniones y vea esas decoraciones, desde que se asoma en la entrada principal y lo recibe aquella decoración en la puerta y se ve en un espejo, entra al salón principal y ve aquella majestuosidad con un decoración de mas de seis metros se quede con la boda abierta de ver que todo en esta vida es posible, si hay organización y ganas de hacer las cosas bien.  I loved the decoration of “Beauty and the Beast”, I think it is one of my favorites so far. Well friends, this is how life is celebrated in Venezuela, this is how dreams come true. I tell you until the next decoration that for sure will be as beautiful as this one. >La decoración de “la bella y la Bestia” me encantó, creo que hasta ahora es una de mis favoritas. Bien amigos, así se celebra la vida en Venezuela, así se hacen los sueños realidad. Les digo hasta una próxima decoración que de seguro será tan hermosa como esta. ---
