Getting ready for party time - home day. Sky photos late - September 27 2025

Turned into one of those days. My wife went out ti see her brother. Gives a window to do my own things. Did need to go to shops for prawns for our lunch tomorrow. No trains running - not going to use bus to do shopping. Did get the pork ribs for tomorrow into the sous vide - 24 hours at 156F

Waited for her to come home. Then she needed a rest. We did go to shops but it was a bit late to fit in a bush walk

Interesting skies made a good topic for the short walk needed to get steps done

Looks like it has been seeded. We talked next day with friends who live up the coast - Skymastered Glenda said.

Did duck breast for dinner. As the sous vide was on - tested out 45 minutes at 156F - not long enough and/or too high. Was a bit toughened up. Tasted good though - skin was crispy
