Roses day for the trip back to Sydney : November 9 2025

Heading back to Sydney day with a stop to visit my wife's grandson on the way home. You know the drill by now - take the vege scraps down to the chickens and a photo of the mountain

The walk back to the house always offers flowers - roses today - summer is on us

Lovely splash of colur in this mini garden. Would love to have the time living in one place to get ours down here looking like that

We were on the road a little after 11:30. Traffic was good. Not a lot of joy with the grandson visit. He was just woken up - was super grumpy and not wanting to talk. We headed home. Ad always happens 20 minutes later he was asking if we were coming back

Got the steps done feeding the chickens and loading/unloading - a tad lazy to go for a walk. Did cook dinner - a simple pasta dish - bacon, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, splash of salsa, garlic, spring onions and a few fresh Italian herbs - worked well.
