¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de #Hive y #SWC! Espero que todos los atletas que hacen vida en el mundo de la calistenia sigan creciendo, mejorando cada día y fortaleciendo sus entrenamientos. Hoy quiero compartirles una experiencia muy especial que vivimos en Michelena, estado Táchira, donde realizamos una exhibición de estáticos junto a atletas locales y de San Juan de Colón. En esta jornada estuvimos acompañados por mis compañeros hivers @mclionblack-sw, @larios-sw y @henrysworkout, quienes aportaron su energía y nivel al evento. >Greetings to the entire #Hive and #SWC community! I hope all the athletes involved in calisthenics continue to grow, improve every day, and strengthen their training. Today I want to share a very special experience we had in Michelena, Táchira state, where we held a static exhibition alongside local athletes and those from San Juan de Colón. During this event, we were joined by my fellow hivers @mclionblack-sw, @larios-sw, and @henrysworkout, who brought their energy and skill to the event.

La exhibición estuvo cargada de gran nivel técnico: vimos front lever, plancha, back lever, victoria y muchas otras figuras de estáticos que siempre logran sorprender al público. Fue motivador presenciar la participación de atletas jóvenes que, con entusiasmo y dedicación, buscan mejorar su rendimiento. Este tipo de eventos permite identificar fortalezas, debilidades y aspectos técnicos a pulir, así como recibir consejos y tutorías de atletas con mayor experiencia, como las que compartió @henrysworkout durante la jornada. >The exhibition was packed with high technical skill: we saw front levers, planches, back levers, victory exercises, and many other static exercises that always manage to surprise the audience. It was motivating to witness the participation of young athletes who, with enthusiasm and dedication, seek to improve their performance. This type of event allows us to identify strengths, weaknesses, and technical aspects that need to be refined, as well as receive advice and mentorship from more experienced athletes, like those shared by @henrysworkout during the event.

Más que un encuentro entre municipios, fue una oportunidad para fortalecer la comunidad, unir esfuerzos y seguir promoviendo la calistenia como disciplina deportiva en nuestra región. Hubo grandes ejecuciones, aunque también se notaron detalles por mejorar, especialmente en postura, fuerza, técnica y sincronización en los combos. Sin embargo, con entrenamientos constantes y disciplina, estos puntos se irán puliendo.En resumen, fue una experiencia inolvidable que dejó claro el potencial de nuestros atletas, tanto de Michelena como de Colón. Seguiremos entrenando, apoyando y demostrando que, con pasión y esfuerzo, la calistenia en Táchira seguirá alcanzando nuevos niveles. >More than a meeting between municipalities, it was an opportunity to strengthen the community, join forces, and continue promoting calisthenics as a sport in our region. There were excellent performances, although there were also areas where improvements were needed, especially in posture, strength, technique, and synchronization in the combos. However, with consistent training and discipline, these areas will be refined. In short, it was an unforgettable experience that demonstrated the potential of our athletes, both from Michelena and Colón. We will continue training, supporting, and demonstrating that, with passion and effort, calisthenics in Táchira will continue to reach new levels.
