Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un recuerdo muy especial que viví en una juntada realizada en Michelena, un lugar que se llenó de energía, hermandad y pasión por el street workout. Ese día tuvimos la fortuna de reunirnos varios atletas de distintos estados y comunidades, entre ellos grandes amigos como: @mclionblack-sw, @sw-juanpedro, @j2dm-sw, @larios-sw, @henrrysworkout, @loganramirez-sw, @Omarzv-sw, y otros atletas de la zona. >Greetings Community of #Hive and #SWC! Today I want to share with you a very special memory that I lived in a together made in Michelena, a place that was filled with energy, brotherhood and passion for the street workout. That day we were fortunate to gather several athletes from different states and communities, including great friends such as: @mclionblack-v, @sw-Juanpedro, @j2dm-SW, @larios-SW, @henrrysworkout, @Loganramirez-Sw, @OMARZV-SW, and other athletes in the area.

Más que un simple encuentro, fue una jornada llena de motivación y crecimiento personal. Uno de los momentos más destacados fue cuando jugamos un reto llamado B.A.R.S, una dinámica basada en resistencia estática que puso a prueba nuestra fuerza, control y mentalidad. El juego consistía en lanzar un dado, y según el número que saliera, debías ejecutar un combo en estático. Por ejemplo, si caía un 3, te tocaba hacer push-ups de planche straddle, un 90 grados en straddle y mantener la posición. >More than a simple meeting, it was a day full of motivation and personal growth. One of the most prominent moments was when we played a challenge called B.A.R.S, a dynamic based on static resistance that tested our strength, control and mentality. The game consisted of launching a dice, and according to the number that came out, you had to execute a static combo. For example, if a 3 fell, I had to do Push-ups by Planche Straddle, 90 degrees in Straddle and maintain the position.

Aunque sonara sencillo, realmente fue un reto duro. Pero lo más importante fue el mensaje detrás del juego, creado por mi hermano @henrrysworkout: superar nuestros propios límites y descubrir de lo que somos capaces cuando nos lo proponemos. Este día me dejó una enseñanza clara: no hay barrera que no pueda romperse con constancia, disciplina y apoyo de la comunidad. Fue una experiencia que me marcó y me recordó por qué amo este deporte. >Although it sounded simple, it was really a hard challenge. But the most important thing was the message behind the game, created by my brother @henrrysworkout: overcome our own limits and discover what we are capable when we propose it. This day left me a clear teaching: there is no barrier that cannot break with perseverance, discipline and support of the community. It was an experience that marked me and reminded me why I love this sport.
