Espero que cada día sus entrenamientos se intensifiquen, que superen sus límites y que nunca decaiga esa motivación que los caracteriza en este deporte tan demandante y gratificante. Hoy, mientras revisaba mi galería de fotos, reviví con emoción uno de esos momentos que quedan grabados en la memoria: la competencia que organizamos en el parque de calistenia. Fue una tarde llena de adrenalina, camaradería y demostraciones de fuerza. El evento comenzó alrededor de las 6:00 p.m. y se extendió hasta aproximadamente las 8:00 p.m., tiempo durante el cual cada participante dio lo mejor de sí en un ambiente de respeto y apoyo mutuo. >Hello, people of #Hive and #SWC! I send a very special greeting to all athletes who keep the passion for calisthenics alive. I hope that their training intensifies every day, that they exceed their limits and that that motivation that characterizes them in this demanding and rewarding sport never decays. Today, while I checked my photo gallery, I revived with emotion one of those moments that are recorded in the memory: the competition we organized in the Calisthenics Park. It was an afternoon full of adrenaline, camaraderie and demonstrations of force. The event began around 6:00 p.m. And it extended until about 8:00 p.m., time during which each participant did their best in an atmosphere of mutual respect and support.

Quiero destacar el gran trabajo de organización que llevó a cabo mi amigo y compañero @mclionblack-sw, quien fue pieza fundamental para que todo saliera adelante. Sin su esfuerzo y dedicación, este encuentro no hubiera sido posible. Además, fue inspirador ver los primeros pasos y progresos de nuevos integrantes de nuestra comunidad, como @j2dm-sw y @sw-juanpedro, quienes demostraron un avance notable en elementos estáticos como el front lever y el back lever. La competencia no solo fue un espacio para medir habilidades, sino también una oportunidad para fortalecer la unión del grupo y exhibir nuestro talento ante el público que se dio cita en el Parque La Pradera, aquí en el municipio Michelena. Finalizamos el evento con una fotografía grupal que capturó el espíritu de equipo y el entusiasmo de todos los participantes. >I want to highlight the great organization work carried out by my friend and companion @mclionblack-v, who was a fundamental piece for everything to come forward. Without its effort and dedication, this meeting would not have been possible. In addition, it was inspiring to see the first steps and progress of new members of our community, such as @j2DM-SW and @SW-Juanpedro, who demonstrated a notable advance in static elements such as the front lever and the back lever. The competition was not only a space to measure skills, but also an opportunity to strengthen the union of the group and exhibit our talent before the public that met in the Park La Pradera, here in the Michelena municipality. We finished the event with a group photography that captured the team spirit and the enthusiasm of all participants.

En definitiva, fue una experiencia divertida, enriquecedora y fundamental para seguir posicionando la calistenia como un deporte serio y accesible.
