About me and my Journey
I am family oriented and loves to spend my time with my family. I’m second to the youngest. I have two sisters and one brother. Of all my siblings, I am the only one who is married. I was married at age of 20, our union was so simple with no celebration. We just take our vows and nothing follows, it was just a normal day to us but still I cherished that moment. My family supports me along the way even after having my own family. My family motivates me to do better and succeed in every life endeavor.

I earned my bachelor’s degree last 2022, I was 29 years old at that time and my son is 9 years old. I passed my Licensure test for teacher last December 2023. Guess what, before graduation, I was into an accident and my left foot tibia was severely injured, that was the most challenging part of my life, I had four surgeries within a year, and I attended my graduation in a wheelchair. It is also the reason why I took the licensure exam the next year after I graduated. I was surprised to pass the exam even if I didn’t enroll in any review center, it was self – paced review, effort, prayer and determination that made it possible. With these experiences, I can say that life is full of surprises, possibilities and opportunities.
Right after the long healing process, I need bring back to my normal life. The money I earned from being an online seller was not enough, so I applied for work and luckily, I was hired in one private company in the city. It wasn’t my first job, I have been a factory worker from different companies for almost five years, but this job is more challenging but still I need to stand tall and shows to them that I capable enough.

Life is really unpredictable, I left my job because I realized I needed to stay at home more, as it's still risky for my foot. I am eager to start working to generate income as I still have an outstanding balance with the surgeon who performed my operation. It was sad, but still, I need to prioritize myself before anything else.

To continue life and not to stress myself, I’ve been searching for employment opportunities that would eliminate the need for daily commutes. Many work-from-home positions became available, attracting both genuine companies and scammers, until I secured a role as an ESL teacher. Now, I am proud to say that I’m not only a teacher in paper but in a profession.
Now, I’m embarking a new journey and soon to share my stories to inspire and motivate you all. Thank you, ma'am @antonette for guiding me through and sharing this platform. I am truly grateful and excited.
Thank you for reading my intro blog up to the end. Thank you so much.
