Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con el tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir sobre: "La creencia" reflexionar sobre qué significa una creencia? Existen muchas definiciones posibles, relacionadas con religiones, para esta publicación la vamos a orientar hacia la creencia de que en la mente surgen las grandes limitaciones, logros y desafíos, a continuación mi participación: Cuando creo que Dios es un proceso y yo soy un proceso, así tenemos algo en común para empezar a darnos cuenta de que sólo cuando vivimos lo que realmente somos, sin intentar ser cualquier otra persona, quienes pensamos que deberíamos ser, o quienes los demás piensan que deberíamos ser, pues así tenemos la opción de ser uno mismo en este proceso del universo.

Nuevas formas creativas para pintar mi mundo con diferentes colores

Entonces mi forma de ver las cosas es lo que más hace que las cosas sean así para mí, por ejemplo, cuando algunas veces me siento mal y veo todo negativo, sin darme cuenta pongo barreras y obstáculos a la hora de enfrentar “lo que puede llegar a ser” y esa actitud me impide ver otras opciones, contrario a ello, sería imaginar en mi mente, creer desde mi corazón y mirar nuevas formas creativas que me hagan pintar mi mundo con otros colores. Además, es importante siempre hacer cambios una vez que los has considerado y sientes que son necesarios, pero para ello se requiere de esfuerzo y de una actitud positiva, pues no es cuestión de decidir me gustaría, pero me da miedo, es más bien decir: lo he decidido y lo voy a hacer.

Siempre que se emprenden cambios independientemente de lo que sean, nos surgen temores, pero es ahí donde entra mi firmeza como persona y el verdadero deseo que tenga de convertirme cada día en ser mejor que lo que fui ayer. Particularmente no me gusta quedarme estancada, cuando me detengo a reflexionar sobre lo que ha sido mi vida hasta ahora, la verdad es que he logrado la mayoría de mis sueños como hija, como mujer, como madre, como profesional, porque a pesar de no tener muchos recursos económicos, luché día a día por mi familia, para darle a mi hija amor, educación y hacerla una persona de bien. 

No permitirnos quedarnos estancados en algo o en alguien

Pienso que muchas de nuestras creencias son inculcadas de una u otra forma durante la niñez, más sin embargo, es cuando se adquiere la madurez que decidimos en qué y cómo creer, cuando desarrollamos nuestro propio albedrío. Lo mejor es no esperar que la vida nos pase y más bien nosotros pasar por la vida como personas luchadoras, que buscamos superarnos y nos forjamos nuestro propio camino y que mejor que elegir el sendero del bien. Nuestro sentido común nos enseña a luchar por lo que queremos alcanzar, porque nada viene de gratis, si nos aferramos a las ideas y creencias que nos han enseñado o han querido implantar en nuestra cabeza, lo importante es no permitirnos quedarnos estancados en algo o en alguien, porque finalmente nos damos cuenta que cada cual, lucha por lo que más le conviene.

Autodeterminación y seguridad para alcanzar lo que me he propuesto

Creo que no hay nada mejor en la vida que los sentimientos de seguridad y perseverancia y atreverse a luchar por las cosas, que únicamente nos corresponden a nosotras mismas, siempre y cuando estemos seguras que lo que hacemos está dentro del bien, así como no podemos por el resto que nos quede de vida, hacer las cosas de la misma forma que nos enseñaron nuestros padres, cuando comprendemos que la única constante es el cambio. Después de todo, la diversidad y la creatividad son las que nos ayudan a aprender unos de otros, aumentar nuestra confianza en nosotros mismos, creer, desarrollar nuestras ideas y asumir riesgos, e incluso para descubrir esos talentos, con nuestras propias capacidades y limitaciones. Pienso que aunque no sea una tarea fácil hacer desaparecer los sentimientos de miedo y de inseguridad que me lleven a pensar en un “esto saldrá mal” o “no lo lograré”, cuando decido buscarle un nuevo objetivo y significado a lo que quiero, puedo encontrar de esta forma la suficiente autodeterminación y seguridad para creer que puedo alcanzar lo que me he propuesto. Creo firmemente en nuestro creador de la humanidad, que fuimos hechos a la imagen de Dios, lo que nos confiere dignidad y la capacidad de razonar y amar, permitiéndonos tener libre albedrío, de elegir y tomar nuestras propias decisiones. Here is my contribution: When I believe that God is a process and I am a process, we have something in common to begin to realise that only when we live who we really are, without trying to be someone else, who we think we should be, or who others think we should be, do we have the option of being ourselves in this process of the universe.

So my way of seeing things is what makes things that way for me. For example, when I sometimes feel bad and see everything negatively, without realising it, I put up barriers and obstacles when it comes to facing “what could be”. and that attitude prevents me from seeing other options. On the contrary, it would be imagining in my mind, believing from my heart, and looking at new creative ways that allow me to paint my world with other colours. Furthermore, it is important to always make changes once you have considered them and feel that they are necessary, but this requires effort and a positive attitude, because it is not a question of deciding that I would like to, but I am afraid, it is rather saying: I have decided and I am going to do it.

Whenever changes are undertaken, regardless of what they may be, fears arise, but that is where my strength as a person and my true desire to become better every day than I was yesterday come into play. I particularly dislike being stuck in a rut. When I stop to reflect on my life so far, the truth is that I have achieved most of my dreams as a daughter, as a woman, as a mother, and as a professional. Despite not having many financial resources, I fought every day for my family, to give my daughter love and an education, and to raise her to be a good person. 

Not allowing ourselves to remain stuck on something or someone

I believe that many of our beliefs are instilled in us in one way or another during childhood. However, it is when we reach maturity that we decide what and how to believe, when we develop our own free will. It is best not to wait for life to pass us by, but rather to go through life as fighters, seeking to better ourselves and forging our own path, and what better path to choose than the path of goodness. Our common sense teaches us to fight for what we want to achieve, because nothing comes for free. If we cling to the ideas and beliefs that we have been taught or that others have tried to implant in our heads, the important thing is not to allow ourselves to become stuck in something or someone, because ultimately we realise that everyone fights for what is best for them.

I believe that there is nothing better in life than feelings of security and perseverance and daring to fight for things that belong only to us, as long as we are sure that what we are doing is right. We cannot spend the rest of our lives doing things the way our parents taught us when we understand that the only constant is change. After all, diversity and creativity are what help us learn from each other, increase our self-confidence, believe, develop our ideas and take risks, and even discover those talents, with our own abilities and limitations. I think that although it is not an easy task to make the feelings of fear and insecurity that lead me to think ‘this will go wrong’ or ‘I will not succeed’ disappear, when I decide to find a new goal and meaning for what I want, I can find enough self-determination and confidence to believe that I can achieve what I have set out to do. I firmly believe in our creator of humanity, that we were made in God's image, which gives us dignity and the ability to reason and love, allowing us to have free will, to choose and make our own decisions.
