When you get to taste the famous traditional German beer in another country and you’re warmly welcomed by family and friends — it hits different!
On a sunny afternoon in June, my boyfriend’s friends came home to catch up, smoke shisha, and drink beer. There was a barrel of Meckatzer beer, which I got to try first as part of their warm welcome. I must say, this beer tastes really good! I love how smooth it’s flavor and perfectly blended taste. When you drink this beer, it feels like you’re celebrating Oktoberfest all year round 😆 — a true taste of Bavarian tradition. I also like the idea of serving beer straight from the barrel. I honestly had countless glasses of it!
Everyone was enjoying their beer — some were having shisha, while others were chatting with each other. I always love seeing these people here at our place, as my boyfriend’s parents also enjoy having visitors around.
So let's drink to that!😉
