 It should be noted that we live in a very fast-paced world, where we have many concerns, where we neglect some things that are of greater priority for our well-being, giving more importance to things that, in the end, are not really worth worrying and stressing about, For example, what others say or our work, dedicating ourselves more to our work and leaving aside things that are vitally important to our lives.
I also believe that one of the most important things is my family, because they are the people who are with me, share with me and whom I truly love, such as my children, my wife, my mother, my siblings and my nephews and nieces, who always accompany me and support me in all the activities I do in my daily life. I don't know how some people can ignore their families and let their work consume them completely, thinking that their work is like a family, when in fact, when we are no longer indispensable, we are dismissed from our jobs and someone else is put in the same position we were working in.
Another aspect that is important to me is health, which is why I have been running marathons since I was in secondary school. Now I enjoy hiking because it allows me to stay in good physical condition and maintain my health. I also really enjoy being in contact with nature and the open air every day when I go walking in the morning or afternoon.
Last but not least is faith in God. Every day we must thank God for allowing us to see, touch, walk, and perceive all things, for all that we can do, since there are people who do not have the health to do everything that we do in our daily lives.
