On Sunday I really struggled to jump over the crossbar in the #poprzeczka competition. As usual, I didn't do it in one go, but just walked all day long. In the evening I had to force myself on the bike, but I was fine after the initial struggle.
Finally at the end of the day I did make enough steps to clear another crossbar.
