Saludos mis queridos Champions de #Hive y Full Deportes ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, para el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un reto muy interesante que encontré en la comunidad creado por nuestro compañero @noakmilo y me dio muchas ganas de intentarlo.

Greetings my dear Champions of #Hive and Full Sports How are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you a very interesting challenge that I found in the community created by our colleague @noakmilo and it made me want to try it.

En esta ocasión nuestro amigo creó un reto el cual debemos realizar 30 Flexiones seguidas, desde mi punto de vista 30 flexiones es un gran número que no muy pocas personas logran hacer por lo que considero es un genial reto que nos va a sobre exigir. Ya que este reto va a ser muy demandante y vamos a llevar a nuestro cuerpo al límite vamos a necesitar calentar/estirar bien antes de realizar el reto para así evitar posibles lesiones.

On this occasion our friend created a challenge in which we must perform 30 push-ups in a row, from my point of view 30 push-ups is a great number that not very few people manage to do, for what I consider to be a great challenge that will over demand us. Since this challenge is going to be very demanding and we are going to push our body to the limit, we are going to need to warm up/stretch well before doing the challenge to avoid possible injuries.
