Hey guys!
This my activity from yesterday. I woke up early because my wife drove to Bad Staffelstein to meet her parents. I didn't go with her because I have to works this week and have just a few days off. So I stayed at home to have a bit time for myself and doing stuff at my PC and Hive. I also thought I could climb up the tree with my rope and equipment which I bought, but it's raining on and off. I need to practice this because we have a cache up in a tree and it's fun too. I climbed so far in the climbing hall and have no practice outside. After she drove away I went to the gym.
I warmed up on the treadmill for 20 minutes just walking. I have a little issue and pain in my right foot therefor no jogging. I worked out my chest and trizeps with the usual machines.
I added a few kettlebell swings to finish my workout. 4 x 10 swings with 24 kg. Talking about kettlebells. I saw so many people doing the kettlebell exercises wrong. It hurts my brain and i want to tell them what they are doing wrong and how they are hurting themselves, but I did not. It's the kettlebell trainer in me who wants to help. 🤷🏻♀️
At the end I went on the climb mill for 30 minutes.
