No walks or home exercises for today. Actually, it's been almost a week since I paused from my walk at home journey. It's because of my health. I have been feeling unwell lately, and going to the hospital for check-ups. That explains why I stoppee sharing my Actifit report lately.
For yesterday, I just spent it normally starting with some quick and simple breakfast. I just had some instant noodles with boiled egg, and a small portion of rice. After eating my breakfast, I just opened my laptop and wrote some blog contents.
While working on some blogs, I received a message saying that we need to go to the training school to submit some requirements. So, we did. I asked my partner to accompany me, even though it's raining. Lucky for us, it stopped for a while when we went there.
When we got back home, I just spent the rest of the day working on some blog contents. I also grabbed a cup of black coffee. You can see it through my pink mug, with some sakura design on it. Cute, right?
That sums up my day!
I couldn't believe that I still achieved more than 3K just by these activities. I hope I can go back to home exercises soon — maybe when I already feel better.
