Greetings, everyone. I hope you're all having a good day.
Here's another blog post from me that highlights my daily life happenings. And for today, I will be sharing with you the moments and experiences I had yesterday, August 8, Friday.
Studying & Training in the Morning
I enrolled in a course recently, and it has kept me busy for more than a month. I started last June 18, and up until now, I am still re-watching our training videos and studying more so I can be more prepared for the upcoming assessment.
The course I took was not that easy, so I spent some time studying at home, especially early in the morning after doing house chores and eating breakfast, as I find my brain working effectively at this time.
Ice Cream for Afternoon Refreshment
Since I got really busy in the morning studying, I made sure to spend some time to refresh my mind. One of my go-to comfort foods is ice cream. Not the expensive ones, but those I can buy just in the local store here. We went to the store and I got myself both Ube and Strawberry Ice Creams. What a refreshing afternoon snack for someone who got her brain busy early on.
Continued Studying at Night
After having my afternoon snack, we went home, and I faced my columnar notebook again. I worked on analyzing the source documents and reviewed the financial reports. I spent another 2-hour study session in my room. I finished around 7:00 in the evening.
Chill Night with Friends
Since I was already done studying around 7:00 last night, we went to our planned night out with friends. Actually, we only wanted to have a few drinks in one of our friends' houses, but ended up going to McDonald's to grab some food to share with everyone.
My partner and I have been in the same circle of friends lately, so we went there together. We got home late around 11:30 in the evening.
