I have mentioned many times my interest in going to thrift stores when it comes to buying clothes. Aside from saving some money, it's also my way of contributing to sustainability. And I always make sure to spend hours roaming around such stores to get high-quality and worthy items, knowing they're second-hand.

I visited my favorite thrift store in the city. It's really a spacious and big store where I can genuinely enjoy checking out items. They sell dresses, shirts, skirts, pants, and even different kinds of shoes. When I got inside, I noticed that some aisles were already empty, meaning customers had bought them.

Lucky for me, there was a price drop. Items and garments are sold for only 3 for 50 Pesos ($0.85). It's a great deal for me, and it made my heart jump out of excitement. No time will be wasted on this shopping adventure!

I already started looking for items, particularly office outfits. There are a lot of choices in here, and when I get to see casual clothes, I also grab them. Since I will be buying quite a lot because of the price drop, I approached the staff and asked where I could get a push cart or basket.

I have no idea how many hours it took me to get the items in my cart, but I spent minutes and minutes in every aisle to make sure I would not miss anything. I usually grab polo shirts for my working clothes. And I also checked if there are slacks in my size.

I noticed that my cart is almost complete, and that it's already late in the afternoon. It's time to try them on in the fitting room so I can decide which of them to get. I spent a few more minutes in the fitting room before I finally paid for everything I got. Mostly, I got some polo shirts for work and t-shirts for casual wear. I got them at a very cheap price, so the ukay-ukay adventure was truly a blast!
