A serious problem we face nowadays can’t be solved thus many suggestions, it is hard to stay away from it and harder not to check it from time to time, I am talking about our phones.
The more time we spend staring on our phones the more it interfering with our sleep, relationships, self esteem and paying attention to what’s going on around us. The more time we spend on phone the more it threatening our health and shortening our lives.
It affects our brain and created a form of habits and addiction manipulating our brain system by elevating cortisol levels which effect the brain critical area for decision making and rational thoughts.
Making our phones controlling our lives will always be stressful and unhealthy, and to break the circle we should turn off all the notifications except the ones that you need to receive and pay attention to different apps and how they effect you physically and mentally.
I know it is hard to create boundaries between us and phones but make sure there will be a huge difference after quitting social media and focus on other things like sports and reading books. I have a video from YES Theory’s YouTube channel about this matter, where one of the members deleted all his social media apps and focused on other things for a month, he felt the difference and had the chance to practice sports and read more books, I hope you enjoy it.
